Three building systems.
The same functional residential programme was developed using three different construction systems. The comparison illustrates how construction technology can influence gross area, net usable area and spatial efficiency within a specific architectural study.

At the same time, the ISB® PHC-250 version uses 8.20 m² less gross floor area than the traditional version. The result demonstrates why the construction system can be relevant during architectural planning — not only during construction.
